Our on-site inspections are quick and easy, and we give you plenty of time to ask us questions. 

Throughout the soft walk-through, we’ll take photos of both the interior and exterior of your property. What we’re looking for is the condition of the roof, windows, HVAC/AC systems, foundation, and other essential home systems that might need a lot of money to be repaired after you sell your home to us.

There’s no need to tidy up or do repairs before we come, and the whole process comes at no cost to you, whether you accept our offer or not.

When you sell to us, there’s no prepping your home for showings, staging, or fixing the place up. We’ll make you a reasonable offer for your home based on its “as-is” condition, the repairs needed, and current market conditions. Homes that require less work typically receive higher offers.
